A Silent Diet
I am on a silent diet
You won’t hear a peep out of me
The house is terribly empty
and my voice disappears, you see!
The children, from young to old
Leave the house and out on their own
I’m not scare or feeling alone
Just a bit sad as life grows.
Silly me, I talk to myself
Just to hear the echo of noise
Gardening.. is my sanctuary
And writing is food for the soul.
I am taking a vow of silent
Not a word since I’m on a diet
If you think I’ve gone crazy
Then it’s so, ’cause I can’t talk…

I did some shots on the cactus before. They are unique and beautiful. Keep it up.
