Deciding on a Package
So now that I have decided to switch over, my next step is to choose one of those Direct TV Packages. This is easier to do since I know already what my children prefer to watch. The main channels we need are Disney, Cartoon, Nickelodeon, cooking, news, and sports.
I am not that choosy really since my finance usually dictates what I can do and couldn't do, and to make things uncomplicated, Direct TV Offers have many options for me to be contented with. The lowest package includes 150 channels so even if I could watch TV twenty-four hours, I won't be covered them all. For extra peace of mind, parents can pick the family option where they can set control on what their children watch, for the same amount of money.
Direct TV Deals have many special offers that I can check over, and for the lowest at $29.99 a month, I think this deal beats cable service providers with more than a hundred channels. I am not planning on or allowing my children to watch TV all the time, but it is nice to know it is available.
On occasion, I want to watch a certain show, but all I get is re-run!

Direct TV sounds like a good deal but if I change over from cable I have to find another internet provider. I am so spoiled by broadband it is hard to change. Plus I love having only one bill for cable/internet/phone.
ReplyDeleteI will be anxious to see how you like Direct TV.
I, too, will be investigating this and will be interested to know what you think, Icy. Now that I have retired, I am cutting back on so many things!
ReplyDeleteI've always liked the idea of Direct TV, but I also have my internet through my cable. I'd love to be able to have a lower bill though.
