Fuzzy Pink

I took these pictures in the summer, and they were saved in my archive! Again, I have no idea what this is called, but the beautiful pink color just warms my heart in this cold weather.

We are all here on earth to help others; what on earth the others are here for I don't know.
~W. H. Auden

The earth is the mother of all people, and all people should have equal rights upon it.

There is no such thing on earth as an uninteresting subject; the only thing that can exist is an uninterested person.

I hope someone chances by here and lets us know the name of this remarkably beautiful flower. Your photograph is spectacular, Icy! It looks like it could be from another planet!

An uninterested person... That would not be me. I am constantly curious. :-) I love your flower & of course, am curious to know what it is.

Take care & God bless.

You're right this is a great color. The lighter colored tips seem to make the flower glow.

They are similar to the ones in Singapore, they like it for Chinese New year.
