My Yellow World

I took these pictures below about one week ago at the school ground. Whatever you see here, were all gone now, but I like how these plants turned out.

Yellow Hosta

Have you seen yellow hosta before? Well, now you have! I love the white edges on the leaves, and the way this hosta is holding itself up against the environment.

Yellow Leaves Lilies

Once these stalks were all green, but now they were yellow and wilting! They were ready to sleep through the cold winter here.

Yellow Tree

The tree too, turned beautiful bright yellow!

I've never seen a yellow hosta. Nice yellow sunny pics. We've got to enjoy the little bit of warm weather we have before snow hits.

Take care & God bless.

Great grouping of yellows ... I like the last photo of the tree with sunlight bouncing in all directions. Very nice!

is the hosta always yellow or it is because it is fall?

One of my Hostas will turn yellow like that late in the fall, it is so pretty just like this one. I noticed the other day that my day lily stalks were also yellow but they did not look that good. Beautiful photos Icy, perfect MYM.

Thank you everyone for your time and support!

Ann--they turned yellow because of the cold weather!

I just got back from the beach and there wasn't much "yellow there"

I would say you are so rich by now by having so many golden leaves.

Wow, you found a LOT of yellow at the school! Those are all beautiful yellow leaves. I don't think any of those plants would grow in my area.

The hosta leaves are new to my Icy, they are just wonderful yellows and I do love the color.

I am familiar with hostas, but that is the first time I have seen it in yellow. Nice pictures.
Have you ever been to Myrtle Beach?

All of this yellow is almost unexpected to see on plants like these. It's great though. This is the first time I've seen yellow hosta, so this is a treat.

Hi, greetings from Australia.
Just as we're heading into summer, your winter is almost upon you - haven't seen a yellow host before either, didn't know they existed. Agree with you about the white edges. A nice group of photos complimenting each other.
Thanks for visiting my blog and your nice words, and thanks for showing the hosta, I'll see if our local nursery has them.
Cheers.
