Saving For a Beach Vacation
Many years ago I read an article in a magazine about Myrtle Beach, and since then I have a dream of going there. Everything I read in that article sounded absolutely amazing, and beautiful!
Growing up by the ocean, I always wanted to vacation by the water, and it would be a wonderful dream comes true if I could just have a week by the Oceanfront Myrtle Beach Resorts. I missed hearing the ocean waves, listening to the seagulls, walking in the sand, and looking for seashells.
Many days in my childhood, I would wander on the beach until it was time to go home. I spent my time by the ocean whenever I can. Though both of my older children had visited Myrtle Beach Resorts, I have not been there myself.
My youngest boy loves to go on a vacation by the ocean too, so together we are planning a budget for our trip to the Beach Resorts Myrtle Beach. It might take us many years, but having a dream and a purpose feel good to us. We really don't care how long it would take us to save, we just want to get there one day!
Good luck, Icy...I have been to so many spectacular beach destinations all over the world so I can relate to your desire to get to Myrtle Beach. I have been there as a small child but I don't remember that. I don't think I could live far from the ocean, after being in the San Francisco area ( never more than 5 miles from the ocean ) now for nearly 35 years years - and having done 76 cruises in 14-1/2 years. I just love the sound of the sea, seeing the waves lap up on the beach and watching ocean sunrises and sunsets.

ReplyDeleteThere is no place quite like the ocean. I have been to many on the East and West coast. Keep on saving it will be worth the effort.
ReplyDeleteIcy, I have never been there but have a friend who vacationed there a few years back and loved it. It is certainly something to look forward to and just keep your eye on that beach everyday and you will get there sooner than you think.
