Toward The Center

These pictures below remind me of the movie Journey to the Center of the Earth! I don't know what kind of flower this is, because I was attracted to its shape.

The earth also is spherical, since it presses upon its center from every direction.
~Nicolaus Copernicus

Be at peace with your own soul, then heaven and earth will be at peace with you.

  4. You know, BC, what I mostly enjoyed with your blog is your quotations. Very inspiring always.

  5. if the flower is big enough, it is very frightening to stand nearby, look like it may pull and suck myself inside.

  8. That was a fun movie, I just saw it again on tv not long ago. I kind of agree with Salitype, in fact it reminds me of the plant (Audrey?) in The Little Shop of Horrors.

The blooms are beautiful, you captured them well. I love that color.
