Shopping for Sportswear
Columbia brand is one of the best known in sport wear companies. When buying clothes, shoes, or coat, I usually look for this brand because I know they will last with my kids.
My oldest son and my daughter both had Columbia coats since they were younger, but their coats were still in great condition. My kids used to go cross country skiing, and these coats were the perfect companion for them. The coats are now being used by their younger cousins.
The quality in workmanship from Columbia is fantastic! all the colors aren't fading, and everything holds up beautifully. While living upnorth we didn't have much of a choice as far as shopping goes, and this was before internet, so we bought our winter gears from a local ski shop.

Quality is definitely worth the money, especially if you can wait till items are on sale. I haven't bought anything from Zappo's but my son always gets his jogging shoes there. They are so good about returns and their customer service is excellent!

ReplyDeleteColumbia Sportswear is a great brand, good quality and reasonable prices. I believe it originated here in the Northwest in Portland, OR.
