Owning a house means constant upkeep from inside and out that needs improving or replacing. Our downstairs living quarter can be left alone this year, but the upstairs need some tender touch, especially in the bedrooms.

Upon looking, I realize that we need to change our Ceiling fans. They are outdated and worn! My daughter's bedroom's Ceiling Fan is hanging on by a thread, and it hadn't been working properly for a few years. She finally bought a small fan to keep in her room to use during the summer.

My daughter plans to come home to work and to go to a local college for the summer, so we went shopping for what we needs to fix in her room.
