Exercise is Good For Our Health

Studies have shown that exercise can be very beneficial to our health. With spring on the wing and summer is not far behind, many of us want to shred our winter weight. I know I need to have an Insanity Workout to help pump up my heart and muscles.

Well, maybe I should say I need to have vigorous exercise since my family have a trace of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Yike, that sounds bad, but so far I could only squeeze in 10 minutes a day doing some routine stretches.

Since the weather is getting nicer, I think I should up my workout to Power 90, which I could do at home whenever time permits. As far as getting in shape, I don't think I'm concerned that much but I must do it for my health.

  2. Sometimes it is better to have an at home regimen which fits in with your schedule. For me, walking is the key. I've begun walking again everyday. It sheds the pounds, though slowly and is wonderful for increasing energy. Great tips, Icy.
