Staring Into the Sun
Morning looks like this when the sun came out to welcome us. Well, officially spring has arrived, but the weather dictated otherwise. We just had more snow this week, and hail, and rain, and wind. I'm starting to think that spring has skipped Michigan altogether.
Tulips and daffodils came up already, but with this cold temperature I wonder if they would survive the beating. When I check on my garden, the squirrels had already eaten all the daffodils. I'm mad but forgive them since they were probably hungry.

Wonderful Michagan skies! I hope your weather takes a turn for the better soon. Happy skywatching and Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteIf spring has skipped Michigan, where is he now?
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely sky, but I have to admit it does look pretty cold and "wintery" there still. Patience, patience, maybe that is what Spring is trying to teach us. Spring "came and went" here in Kansas. We had record high temps and then the cold came back again after we were tempted with the nice weather. Oh well, it will eventually be here. Have a lovely weekend. Mickie :)
ReplyDeleteI feel the same as you. I wish spring would finally get here. I've been checking the weather though, and spring is due to finally arrive Friday. It will warm up and stay that way for the most part.
ReplyDeleteThat is fantastic!
ReplyDeleteOH, sorry about the wintry conditions still Icy, hope the weather gets better for you soon. Have a blessed Friday.
ReplyDeleteYour daffodils must be very tasty...
ReplyDeleteSpring has not sprung yet at your place? What a pity..but glad that tulips and daffodils are making a brave show in the cold weather, hope they survive, well at lease to feed the hungry squirrels :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful skies, but so sorry to hear that spring has been delayed.
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely here. But then you get a good summer and we normally have a rubbish one. We're making the best of the weather we have today, because next week we may go right back into winter:-)
ReplyDeleteBEautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteGees- even the sky is brown. We sure are waiting bigtime for spring.
ReplyDeleteWhat unusual but beautiful colouring in the sky. Happy Easter.
ReplyDeleteIcy, maybe we will just skip spring and go right to summer? :-)
