Lemon Sunset Evening Primrose
I am determined to learn the name of the flowers I'm taking pictures of, and this pretty yellow flower is called Lemon Sunset Evening Primrose. It looked completely different from the regular yellow primrose.
The flower is more elegant, and the plant body is not as sturdy or full. If you want to know if it smells like lemon or not, I admit I totally forgot to do that.
My bet is that the flower has to smell a bit "lemony" just as the name suggested. If I ever cross it again, that's what I'm going to do...Take time to smell the flower!
