Under the Same Sky

I stood in the middle of my sister's driveway to look for things that interested me, and to my left was this white magnolia tree full of buds. The sky seemed clear and promising.

However, as I looked to my left the sky seemed to tell a different event, and sure enough thunderstorm took over in roughly 15 minutes! You can stand under the same sky and get totally different outlook.

Happy weekend!

  1. Ah, I thought as much: you are one of the two sisters. Is it Roan?
    I remember from way back.
Tell me, were you the book club, and the one that recommended the Potato Pie book?
    I did enjoy that.

Skies are so changeable. You Spring is late. Ours is over. Turning into Autumn, with leaves dropping. In May. I ask you. Bizarre.

  10. Strangely a sudden thunderstorm here is what brings me to the computer to catch up on blog reading while the rain, much needed passes over. As always some lovely photos posted while I was absent from the blogsphere.
